  • Payment Data — Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number. We retain Stripe customer IDs and subscription status.
  • Support Communications — Emails and messages you send to our support address.

How We Use Your Information

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the FundForge platform and its features.
  • Process payments and manage your subscription and wallet balance.
  • Send transactional emails such as password resets, account confirmations, and billing receipts.
  • Respond to support requests.

We never sell your personal data to third parties.

AI Features

When you use AI-powered features (drafting, revision, match scoring, document extraction), your prompts and organization data are sent to third-party AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, or Groq) to generate responses. These providers process data in accordance with their own privacy policies and data processing agreements. We do not use your content to train AI models, and we require that our AI providers do not train on your data.

Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account remains active. If you wish to delete your account and associated data, contact us at opensourcepatents@gmail.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

Minors

FundForge is intended for users who are 16 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If we discover that a user is under 16, we will promptly delete their account and associated data.
